These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, and agreements between DeeprBlu Media and the client.
DeeprBlu Media: the sole proprietorship based in Den Bosch, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK). Client: the individual or legal entity that engages DeeprBlu Media to carry out work.
All quotes are valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed once DeeprBlu Media provides written confirmation (including by email). DeeprBlu Media reserves the right to decline any assignment.
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment automatically places the client in default, entitling DeeprBlu Media to charge statutory interest. A 50% deposit is required for assignments over €500.
DeeprBlu Media will carry out the assignment to the best of its judgment and ability. Delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle the client to termination or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, DeeprBlu Media transfers the rights to the delivered work to the client. DeeprBlu Media retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
DeeprBlu Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Den Bosch.
